The Yearbook Protection Program (YPP)

Terms & Conditions

Effective October 2026. These Terms are offered by ENTOURAGE YEARBOOKS ("we," "us," "our"). The version of these Terms in effect on the date you purchase the Program governs your purchase; later changes do not apply to a Program already purchased.

1. What You Are Buying

The Yearbook Protection Program ("Program") is a prepaid entitlement to order one reprint of the specific yearbook identified on your order (the "Original Yearbook").

By purchasing the Program, you receive the right — exercisable one time, at any time during the Term, for any reason or for no reason at all — to order one reprinted copy of the Original Yearbook at the then-current reprint fee (currently $9.00) plus shipping, handling, and any applicable sales tax.

You do not need to tell us why. There is no claim, no proof of loss, no police report, no photograph, no affidavit, and no approval process. Lost, damaged, ruined by a sibling, left on a bus, or simply wanting a second copy on the shelf — all are equally sufficient. You place the order, you pay the reprint fee, we print the book.

The Program is not insurance, and it is not a service contract or extended warranty. It does not indemnify you against loss, theft, or damage; it does not pay you money; and no benefit under it is contingent on any event occurring. It is a prepaid discount on a future purchase of a printed good, and nothing more.

2. Who Can Use It

The Program is tied to one specific Original Yearbook on one specific order. It is not a subscription, an account credit, or a general-purpose voucher, and it cannot be applied to a different book, a different school, or a different year.

The entitlement may be exercised by either (a) the purchaser of record on the original order, or (b) the student named on the original order (each, an "Eligible Person"). Except as stated in this paragraph, the Program is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or bequeathed.

One Program covers one reprint. If you want the ability to order more than one reprint, purchase more than one Program at the time of your original order.

3. Term

The Term begins on the date of your original yearbook order and ends fifteen (15) years later. If the entitlement is not exercised before the Term ends, it expires automatically, with no refund and no residual value.

4. How to Order Your Reprint

Order online at https://link.entourageyearbooks.com. You will need the original order number, the school, and the yearbook year.

The entitlement is marked used at the moment you place the reprint order, not when the reprint is delivered. If we cancel your reprint order or are unable to fulfill it, we will restore the entitlement or refund the Program price under Section 7, at our election.

We expect to ship reprints within 3–4 weeks of receiving your order and payment. Reprints of older books may take longer.

5. The Reprint Fee May Change

The reprint fee is the fee in effect on the date you place your reprint order, currently $9.00. Because the Term runs for 15 years, we may change this fee over time to reflect changes in printing, materials, and labor costs. Any change will be posted at https://www.entourageyearbooks.com before it takes effect. Shipping, handling, and sales tax are additional and are charged at then-current rates.

6. Your Reprint Will Not Be Identical

We reprint from the archived production files for your Original Yearbook. The content will be substantially the same, but the reprint will differ from your original, and by purchasing the Program you accept those differences. Differences may include, without limitation:

  • paper stock, weight, brightness, and finish;

  • ink, color reproduction, and color accuracy;

  • cover material, texture, lamination, foil, embossing, and trim size;

  • binding method and page count; and

  • content, where content cannot be reproduced.

Certain elements may not be reproducible at all, including without limitation: personalized cover text such as a stamped or foiled student name; cover icons, mascots, and add-on emblems; custom, personalized, or individually-printed pages; signature, autograph, and memory pages; tip-ins, inserts, posters, sleeves, dust jackets, supplements, and any separately-bound or later-delivered section; and any handwriting, signatures, stickers, or additions made to your original book after it left our plant.

Printing technology, presses, materials, and vendors change over decades. A book originally produced in one process may be reprinted in another. Where we cannot reproduce a physical feature, we may substitute a reasonable equivalent or omit it.

7. We May Decline — and What Happens If We Do

We may decline to produce a reprint for any reason. Reasons include, without limitation: our belief that the book contains material that infringes or may infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, license, publicity, privacy, or other right; our belief that it contains unlawful, pornographic, harassing, defamatory, or offensive material; the production files being unavailable, incomplete, corrupted, or no longer usable with available equipment; discontinuation of required materials or processes; an objection or restriction from the school or district that authorized the original yearbook; or circumstances that make reprinting impossible, impractical, or commercially unreasonable. We assume no duty to review any yearbook for any of the foregoing, and our decision not to review is not a representation about content.

If we decline or are unable to produce your reprint for any reason, our sole and entire obligation to you is to refund the amount you paid for the Program. That is the complete extent of our liability, and you agree it is an adequate and exclusive remedy.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel the Program for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase by contacting us at [EMAIL]. After 30 days, the Program is non-refundable. The Program is non-refundable once the entitlement has been exercised. Cancelling or returning your Original Yearbook order cancels the Program and refunds its price.

9. Not a Gift Card, Not Stored Value

The Program is not a gift card, gift certificate, stored-value instrument, prepaid access device, deposit, or credit. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to any other product, and is not transferable except as stated in Section 2. It is a right to purchase one specific item at a stated price.

10. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

WE WILL PERFORM OUR WORK IN A GOOD AND WORKMANLIKE MANNER. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WHILE WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PRODUCE YOUR REPRINT, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY REPRINT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR EQUIVALENT TO YOUR ORIGINAL YEARBOOK, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REPRINTING ERROR, OMISSION, OR DIFFERENCE, INCLUDING ANY FAILURE TO REPRODUCE ANY PART OF YOUR ORIGINAL YEARBOOK.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF SENTIMENTAL OR IRREPLACEABLE VALUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND HOWEVER FORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY REPRINT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THOSE STATES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at help@entourageyearbooks.com and give us 60 days to resolve the dispute.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by [AAA / JAMS] under its consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator, not any court, decides all issues of arbitrability. We will pay the filing and administrative fees for any claim seeking less than $1,000.

No class actions. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Coordinated filings. If 25 or more substantially similar demands for arbitration are filed by or with the assistance of the same counsel or coordinated group, the demands will be processed in sequential batches of no more than [50], with the parties selecting bellwether cases from each batch and applicable limitations periods tolled for the remaining claimants pending resolution.
Small claims and opt-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. You may opt out of this Section 11 by sending written notice to 39 Everett Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 within 30 days of purchasing the Program; opting out does not affect any other provision.

12. General

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 11, the exclusive venue for any action is the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, including to any affiliate or to any successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and the entitlement will remain enforceable against our successor.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede any prior or contemporaneous statements, whether by us, your school, or any yearbook adviser or volunteer. No school, district, employee, adviser, student, or sales representative has authority to modify these Terms or to make any promise about the Program on our behalf.
